CBRE Investment Management Evolves Leadership Model for EMEA Direct Real Estate Business

CBRE Investment Management today announced the firm is evolving the leadership model in its EMEA Direct Real Estate business, reflecting a continued commitment to scaling its integrated investor-operator platform and delivering market-leading performance.
Under the enhanced structure, Rik Eertink will assume the role of President and CIO of EMEA Direct Real Estate, after serving as President of EMEA Direct Real Estate for the past five years.
“This evolved model leverages the strengths of our platform and positions us to enhance investment performance for our clients,” said Adam Gallistel, Co-CEO and CIO of CBRE IM.
As part of this new structure, Eertink will be supported by four senior EMEA Direct Real Estate leaders who will take on broadened responsibilities: Hannah Marshall, Bas Tiemstra, Jan-Willem Bastijn and Niels Kokkeel.
