Professional Experience
Hannah Marshall is Head of U.K. Direct Real Strategies for CBRE Investment Management. In this role, Hannah leads and oversees investment strategy and portfolio management across all U.K. direct real estate solutions, including global inbound capital. She is also fund manager for the firm’s European residential strategy.
Hannah previously served as Chief Investment Officer for U.K. Direct Real Estate Strategies.
Prior to that, Hannah held several other senior roles at the firm, including Head of U.K. Funds, Fund Manager for CBRE U.K. Property PAIF and Head of European Portfolio Management for the firm’s Indirect real estate strategy.
Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management in 2006, Hannah worked at Oxford Property Consultants in the multi-manager team, covering both the U.K. and continental European markets. She joined the real estate industry in 2002.
Hannah earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Bristol and a Master of Arts degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Reading University. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has completed the Investment Management Certificate. She is a Certified Person under the FCA’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime and holds the SMF3 (Executive Director) Function.
