Our strategy is designed to capitalize on the supply-demand mismatch in logistics real estate and data centers across major population and consumption hubs in the Asia Pacific region. By creating portfolios of best-in-class, modern and sustainable assets via development and strategic repositioning, we aim to deliver enhanced returns through capturing (i) significant yield spreads from developing core assets or repositioning existing secondary assets to core, and (ii) high distribution yields on asset stabilization.
Our in-house Operator Team, comprised of transaction, development, asset management and leasing specialists, has presence in the major Asia Pacific markets of Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore and China. The Team has a track record of delivering value throughout each asset’s investment lifecycle.
