The growth of e-commerce significantly impacts the logistics sector, including investor and tenant requirements, size and how to best incorporate the latest technology. We believe our platform, along with our collaboration with CBRE, gives us a competitive advantage to overcome rapidly evolving market challenges.
Sustainability is fully integrated in the way we operate the portfolio and platform. Our platform has been awarded GRESB 5 Green Star Ratings since 2020. Our goal is to have all new acquisitions and developments target at least a BREEAM “Very good” rating for existing investments and “Excellent” for developments.
