Effective 1st October 2021, Laurie Lagarde will be appointed Head of EMEA Logistics Operator Division and will lead a sector-specialized team to support all elements of execution and operations for CBRE Investment Management EMEA Logistics investments. 

With a logistics platform reaching almost EUR12 billion AUM and approximately 7 million square meters, she will be directly responsible for the entire EMEA Logistics value chain for our investors from transaction management and operations to the enhancement of our customer experience.

Laurie is currently Fund Manager for the Pan-European Logistics series which includes the CBRE Logistics Venture, the European Industrial Fund, PELV and LPFE at CBRE Investment Management. She is responsible for the overall performance of the funds and day-to-day management, as well as the transactions and portfolio management.

Laurie joined CBRE Investment Management in 2017 as Portfolio Manager for the Pan-European Logistics funds. In this role she was responsible for the portfolio strategy and performance of pooled funds dedicated to logistics in Continental Europe. Prior to this Laurie worked at Prologis as Vice President Transactions Officer, where she was in charge of all acquisitions and dispositions of logistics assets for Southern Europe. She previously joined AMB (merged with Prologis in 2011) in 2008 and began as Project Manager, in charge of managing new developments in France. She previously worked in London as Head of Purchasing for Bouygues UK, a construction company, managing 6 people.

After graduating from a French business school, Laurie built experience in both the construction and the logistics real estate industries. She also holds a CIPS Graduate Diploma.

Laurie is a Chartered Surveyor MRICS and a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply MCIPS.
