Featured Case Study
Park Aldea II is a four-building 569,641-square-foot logistics park that was developed as a joint venture between Trammell Crow Company and CBRE IM and represents the first stabilized built-to-core project for the partnership. Developed on a speculative basis with the lease-up strategy of securing quality tenants in the Glendale submarket of Phoenix, the project is a state-of-the-art logistics park featuring 32’-36’ clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, LED lighting, functional layouts, 60’ x 56’ column spacing, and 135’-190’ truck courts. The project stabilized ahead of schedule and is currently home to a diverse group of tenants.
The newly constructed logistics park is located adjacent to State Farm Stadium, home of the Phoenix Cardinals NFL team, as well as VAI Resort, a multi-dimensional hotel and resort development that will feature premiere entertainment attractions. In addition to being situated near these major destinations and the ancillary demand, it also has access to the Loop 101 freeway that connects communities in North and West Phoenix to the Southeast Valley cities of Mesa and Chandler.
