CBRE Investment Management Credit Strategies Announces £18.1m Loan to Finance Valor Industrial Portfolio

In April 2021, CBRE Investment Management Credit Strategies provided a £18.1m investment loan to Valor Real Estate Partners secured against five well located last mile distribution units in London. The assets benefit from excellent connectivity to central London and are located on industrial sites that are characterised by low vacancy. The facility included a capex line to facilitate the refurbishment and reletting strategy of two vacant units. One of these units has now reached PC delivering Grade A space securing an agreement for lease with a major UK-based grocery solutions and logistics business. The borrower, Valor Real Estate Partners, is a pan European industrials specialist real estate platform with an excellent track record investing and repositioning logistics assets.
