Ming Lee, currently Head of Development for CBRE Investment Management, has taken on the expanded role of Head of Dispositions.
“As part of our focus on operational excellence, the Americas Direct Real Estate business is launching a centralized disposition management team, led by Ming,” Robert Perry, president of Americas Real Estate and Head of Strategic Partners U.S., said. “In this expanded role, Ming will be responsible for the management and oversight of dispositions across the Americas Direct business, serving as a single point of contact for our internal teams as well as the market to ensure a consistent process regardless of fund or sector.”
