Gateway Fiber, which is owned by funds managed by CBRE Investment Management, announced the closing of a $578 million refinancing comprised of its inaugural $333 million asset-backed securitization ("ABS") and a $245 million development financing facility.

Gateway is a rapidly growing and leading operator of fiber infrastructure in the U.S., serving a diverse mix of residential, commercial and government-supported subscribers.

The successful refinancing included the issuance of Gateway's inaugural $333 million ABS, including notes rated by Fitch and KBRA. The issuance was supported by several established institutional investors. In addition, the Company closed a $245 million revolving development facility that will provide construction financing to support the Company's fiber construction expansion plan in existing markets.

"We are pleased to have achieved this significant milestone for Gateway. The successful securitization, which attracted strong interest from institutional investors, is a testament to the quality of the platform, its impressive subscriber growth and operational discipline," said Noi Spyratos, Managing Director at CBRE Investment Management. "This scalable financing platform strengthens Gateway's capital structure, enhances capital efficiency and provides meaningful capacity to support its long-term growth plans."
