CBRE Investment Management Welcomes Evan Gallagher to APAC Client Solutions Team

Evan Gallagher has joined CBRE Investment Management as a Managing Director in the APAC Client Solutions team. Based in Sydney, Evan will lead client engagement activities with institutional and wealth management investors across real assets categories in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.

Mr. Gallagher has over 25 years’ experience in executive and business development roles in the real assets investment management industry, with expertise across real estate and infrastructure in the private and public markets. Prior to joining CBRE IM, he led the strategic planning and growth initiatives of a specialist boutique Australian real estate manager, following a long-standing role based in Singapore leading the global business development efforts of Blackstone-backed ASK Capital, a specialist emerging markets real estate manager. Previously, Mr. Gallagher led the international business at GIC-backed IDFC Limited, a leading emerging markets infrastructure manager. Earlier in his career, he was the co-lead on Singapore’s first cross-border REIT IPO.

Mr. Gallagher earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in business and law from Macquarie University, Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and Southern Cross University.
