CBRE Investment Management Welcomes Andrew Davidson as Senior Director and Indirect Real Estate Product Specialist

Andrew Davidson has joined CBRE Investment Management as Senior Director and Product Specialist for Indirect Real Estate within the firm’s Client Solutions group. In his role, Davidson will have overall responsibility for the design and execution of enhanced client engagement and capital raising plans for CBRE IM’s full suite of Indirect Real Estate strategies, in partnership with the wider Client Solutions team.

Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Davidson advised and raised capital for specialist operators and managers at placement agent firm PJT Park Hill for more than six years. He also previously held roles as a real estate analyst and management consultant.

Davidson, who started with CBRE IM June 18, will report to McNamara.
