CBRE Investment Management Welcomes Alexandra Hayate as Senior Director of Client Solutions

Alexandra Hayate has joined CBRE Investment Management as Senior Director, Client Solutions, with coverage of France, Israel, Spain and Portugal. In this role she will have responsibility for working with existing and prospective investors in these markets to deliver insights and investment solutions across Direct and Indirect Real Estate and Infrastructure, as well as Listed Real Assets.
Hayate, who recently joined CBRE Investment Management, reports directly to Chris Wood, EMEA Head of Client Solutions Officers. She will be based in our London office.
Wood, who is based in Frankfurt and is responsible for the firm’s capital raise and client relationships in EMEA, commented: “We are excited to have Alexandra further strengthen our EMEA Client Solutions team with a focus on delivering real assets investment solutions for investors in France, Israel, Spain and Portugal. Investors will benefit from her expertise across real estate and infrastructure in private and public markets, as well as her ability to tailor solutions according to investor goals and objectives.”
Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Hayate spent seven years at Brookfield Asset Management in London as a Vice President in the Private Funds Group on the Fundraising/Investor Relations Team. At Brookfield, Hayate served as the Client Relationship Manager focused on the French, Israeli and Italian institutional markets covering Brookfield’s private real assets fund initiatives. She also sourced new relationships in France, Israel and Italy.
Earlier in her career, she held roles at Partners Group and Commerzbank in London and similar roles at PAI Partners and Rothschild in Paris.

Hayate is a graduate of EDHEC Business School (Lille – Nice, France), where she earned a double master’s degrees in management Grande Ecole & Corporate Finance.
