CBRE Investment Management Appoints Nicholas Dempsey to Drive Infrastructure Capital Raising in EMEA

CBRE Investment Management (“CBRE IM”) has appointed Nicholas Dempsey to the role of Senior Director and Infrastructure Specialist within its Client Solutions team.

Based in London, Nicholas will be responsible for leading capital raising efforts for CBRE IM’s infrastructure investment programs across EMEA. He will work in close partnership with the firm’s investment teams and other Client Solutions Officers to deliver tailored solutions to institutional clients seeking exposure to infrastructure assets.

CBRE IM’s infrastructure strategy is particularly focused on investing in assets that support the decarbonisation of the built environment and the transition to a more sustainable economy. Nicholas has over 11 years of experience in real assets capital formation and investor relations. He joins CBRE IM from Infracapital, where he was a senior member of the Capital Formation & IR team, responsible for fundraising and client engagement across the UK, Europe and Asia. Prior to that, he held similar roles at AMP Capital, where he helped to raise over US$1.5 billion in infrastructure equity and debt strategies, and at BlackRock Real Assets.
