CBRE Investment Management ("CBRE IM") announced the appointment of Alice Wilcox as Head of EMEA Client Solutions. Wilcox will rejoin CBRE IM 1 November 2026 and succeed Chris Wood as part of a planned and collaborative succession process.

In her new role, Wilcox will be responsible for leading CBRE IM's EMEA Client Solutions Officers team, overseeing capital raising, client engagement and strategic growth initiatives across the region. She will work closely with investment lines across the business to support clients' evolving investment objectives and further strengthen CBRE IM's strong market position in EMEA.

Wood, a 30-year industry veteran and 20-year leader within CBRE IM, will remain with CBRE IM and will continue to lead client engagement efforts across Germany, Austria and Switzerland and support key client relationships and a number of strategic initiatives.

Wilcox rejoins CBRE IM from Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she was Managing Director and EMEA Head of Real Estate Capital Formation. She previously held senior roles within CBRE IM from 2013-2022, including delivering client solutions across real estate and infrastructure in private and public markets. She has almost 20 years of experience in client solutions, capital raising and investor engagement across global real assets categories.

Bernie McNamara, Head of Client Solutions, CBRE Investment Management, said: "Alice is an exceptional leader with a deep understanding of our business, our clients and the opportunities across the EMEA market. We are delighted to welcome her back to CBRE IM and look forward to the significant contribution she will make as we continue to deliver real assets solutions to clients. We are also thrilled that Chris will continue leading our efforts in the DACH region going forward. We appreciate his ongoing leadership and partnership in setting up the EMEA Client Solutions Officers team for this next phase of evolution, including collaboration in the recruitment of Alice, building on their past strong working relationship."

Chris Wood, current Head of EMEA Client Solutions, said: "As we enter a new market cycle, it felt like the appropriate time to step away from the dual responsibilities of managing the EMEA-wide team and capital raising in the DACH region. Going forward, my energies will be entirely focused on capital raising in the DACH region for some time to come. It has been a privilege to lead this team of professionals over the past few years, and I am proud of the successes and the overall contribution the team has made to our clients and the CBRE IM business."

Alice Wilcox, incoming Head of EMEA Client Solutions, said: "I am incredibly excited to be returning to CBRE IM. It is a business I know well, with a strong culture, outstanding people and a market-leading real assets platform. Across real estate and infrastructure, CBRE IM has built compelling investment programmes well-positioned to meet investors' evolving needs. I look forward to working with clients and colleagues across the region to continue delivering solutions that support long-term investment success."

Wilcox will be based in the firm's London office.
