CBRE Investment Management Welcomes Jonathan San Antonio as Senior Director for U.S. Value-Add Fund Series

Jonathan San Antonio has joined CBRE Investment Management as Senior Director for the company’s U.S. closed-end enhanced return series. In his role with the CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. fund series, Jonathan will help formulate and implement each fund’s strategy and drive investment performance, with responsibilities in portfolio management, capital deployment, asset management, financing, dispositions, and capital raising.

Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Jonathan was Vice President at Ares Management where he focused on executing equity investments across property sectors for opportunistic, value-add and core-plus fund vehicles. He also previously held private equity and investment banking roles at Rockwood Capital, CIM Group and Credit Suisse.

Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with Honors from Lehigh University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
