Yilan Koh is a Vice President and a member of the Asia Pacific Investor Solutions team, based in Singapore. Yilan provides support to the regional business throughout the capital raising process, including fund structuring and formation, marketing, client on-boarding as well as ongoing client servicing. Yilan has also recently assisted the regional management team in reviewing various takeover opportunities in the region.
Yilan joined CBRE Investment Management in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, she spent four years with DBS Bank Ltd, where she began as a Management Associate in the Wholesale Banking division. During that time, she focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory, as well as private equity and has experience in covering the Southeast Asia market from Singapore as well as the Greater China market from Hong Kong.
Yilan earned a Bachelor’s Degree (Honors) in Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. She is also a CFA charterholder. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
