Yilan Koh, CFA

Yilan Koh is Managing Director - Head of Product Development and Operations for the Firm’s Asia Pacific Direct Real Estate (DRE) division. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for product development, capital raising, client service and communications for the Firm’s flagship CBRE Asia Value Partners fund series, as well as other key APAC DRE investment programs. She establishes, grows and maintains long-term trusted relationships with clients, and has in aggregate raised over $4 bn of investor capital across various programs.

Yilan also has overall responsibility for management of operations in the region. In this role, she partners with the APAC senior leadership and Global COO to drive business insights and corporate strategies.

Yilan joined CBRE Investment Management (then ING Real Estate Investment Management) in Hong Kong in 2008 as a member of the Client Services team.

Prior to joining the Firm, she spent four years with DBS Bank Ltd in the Wholesale Banking division where she focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory, as well as private equity.

Yilan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. She is also a CFA charter holder. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
