Professional Experience
Will Ellis is a Senior Director within the CBRE Investment Management Americas Commercial Asset Management team. Based in Dallas, Will is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial assets ranging across core and value-add strategies on behalf of various funds and separate account clients for the Southern Region.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Will was the head of the retail asset management team and the portfolio manager for a separate account client at L&B Realty Advisors, an investment management firm in Dallas. He was responsible for asset management responsibilities of 23 retail assets, four mixed use assets and three office assets throughout the U.S. Prior to that, he worked at ERP Funds (Wexford Capital) in New York as Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management. Will began his career in the industry in 2006.
Will earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dallas. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
