Will Ellis

Will Ellis is a Director within the CBRE Investment Management Americas Commercial Asset Management team. Based in Dallas, Will is responsible for asset management and dispositions of U.S. office and retail assets across the firm's core and value-add strategies on behalf of various funds and separate account clients for the Southern Region.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Will was the head of the retail asset management team at L&B Realty Advisors in Dallas and the portfolio manager for a separate account client. He was responsible for asset management responsibilities of 23 retail assets, four mixed use assets and three office assets throughout the U.S. Prior to that, he worked at ERP Funds (Wexford Capital) in New York as Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management. Will began his career in the industry in 2006.

Will earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Dallas.
