Trevor Eden

Trevor Eden is a Senior Director on the Logistics Transactions team within CBRE Investment Management’s Americas Logistics Operator Division. Based in Los Angeles, Trevor is responsible for capital deployment of logistics investments across the firm’s core, value-add and development strategies on behalf of various funds and separate account mandates in the Western U.S. markets.

Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management in 2022, Trevor was a Senior Vice President at Peakstone Realty Trust (fka: Griffin Realty Trust), responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of industrial and office assets in the Western and Southwestern U.S. Prior to that, he was a Senior Acquisitions and Asset Management Associate at Thomas Properties Group. Trevor began his career in 2010 within the Real Estate Banking Group of Wells Fargo.

Trevor earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a Minor in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. He also holds a real estate salesperson license in California and is a NAIOP member.
