Professional Experience
Thomas Maguire is a Director on the Logistics Asset Management team within CBRE Investment Management’s Americas Logistics Operator Division. Based in Boston, Tom is responsible for the firm’s logistics assets in the Northern Region.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Tom worked at Zurich Alternative Asset Management ("Zurich") where he managed a diverse portfolio of office, logistics, residential and retail assets in select markets across the United States.
Prior to Zurich, Tom worked at a Boston-based real estate investment and development company, Synergy Investments. Tom began his career in the industry in 2013. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College and has been a member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute.
