Stephanie Finetto is Global Head of Operations for Client Solutions at CBRE Investment Management and a Board member of CBRE IM Middle East Limited, based in Dubai.
She is responsible for the design and delivery of the firm’s global client platform, spanning investor coverage, client intelligence, and operational execution across EMEA, North America, and Asia Pacific. Operating at the intersection of strategy, client engagement, and delivery, she ensures a consistent, solutions-driven approach to working with institutional investors globally.
Stephanie leads a global team supporting over 800 investors and approximately $155 billion in real assets strategies across real estate, infrastructure and credit, playing a central role in enabling capital raising and long-term client partnerships.
She has been instrumental, alongside Client Solutions leadership, in shaping the evolution of the function; architecting its operating model and scaling the platform in line with the firm’s growth ambitions.
A key focus of her role is advancing a more connected, insight-led approach to client engagement, embedding data, technology, and intelligence into how the firm originates and develops investor relationships.
She also plays an active role in the firm’s growth in the Middle East, strengthening client engagement on the ground and aligning global strategy with regional market dynamics.
Stephanie joined CBRE Investment Management in 2013 and previously served as EMEA Head of Operations. She holds an MSc in Finance from Bayes Business School and a BA in International Finance and Accounting, and is fluent in English, Swedish, and French. Earlier in her career, Stephanie competed internationally as a professional showjumper, representing Sweden; a background that continues to shape her approach to performance, discipline, and leadership.
