Stephanie Finetto Murdock is the Global Head of Operations, Client Solutions at CBRE Investment Management.
She leads a global team of over 40 professionals across EMEA, North America, and Asia Pacific, overseeing Client Care, Client Solutions Intelligence (CSI), and Business Operations.
With a focus on delivering a best-in-class client experience, Stephanie plays a pivotal role in aligning operational, planning, and servicing functions under a unified global structure. She partners closely with business leaders across investment lines to drive consistent, solutions-oriented engagement with investors, championing best practices and operational excellence across the platform.
A key priority of her role is the development and implementation of an advanced integrated operating model, designed to enhance coordination across the full chain of investor interactions. She is also leading efforts to transform structured data intelligence into a strategic advantage, optimizing systems and processes to ensure agility and innovation in a rapidly evolving environment.
She has been with the firm since June 2013, previously serving as EMEA Head of Operations, where she led business operations, client care, and intelligence functions supporting 18 active funds and 140 separate accounts totalling $88 billion. Prior to joining CBRE IM, she worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Paris.
Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Finance and Accounting and is fluent in English, Swedish, and French.
