Professional Experience
Scott Silverberg is Americas Head of Client Solutions for CBRE Investment Management, based in New York. In this role, Scott leads the team of Americas-based Client Solutions Officers at CBRE IM and has responsibility for driving engagement with Americas-based investors. Scott works closely with each of CBRE IM’s investment lines—including Direct Real Estate, Indirect Real Estate, Listed Real Assets and Private Infrastructure—to help deliver real assets solutions for clients.
Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Scott led Strategic Partnerships at Oxford Properties where he was responsible for partner relationship management and capital formation activities. Previous to Oxford, Scott spent over a decade helping to build the real estate and infrastructure investment programs in the U.S. and Europe for Nippon Life Global Investors. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Brookfield Properties, Tishman Speyer and CBRE.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design Studies in Architecture from Dalhousie University, a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Development from Western University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He maintains active affiliations with the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate, and the National Association of Corporate Directors.
