Sandro Campora is the Country Manager and COO for the firm's Italian office, which services several fund clients and currently manages a real estate portfolio of approximately €1.25 billion. In his role, he is responsible for local business activities, financial management, controlling and reporting. Within CBRE Investment Management's SGR p.A., he is a member of the Board of Directors since 2012 and the Managing Director since 2014.
In 2006, Sandro joined CBRE Investment Management (then ING Real Estate Investment Management Italy). Before joining the firm, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Lloyd’s of London in Milan and from 2001 to 2004 as Head of Administration at Directa SIM, the first company in Europe to operate in the “online trading” sector on the American and Italian Stock Exchanges. He started his career in 1994 as chief executive officer in the Italian Armed Forces in Italy and abroad.
Sandra holds a degree in Economics from the University of Turin and in Political Science from the University of Trieste.
