Professional Experience
Ronald Gordijn performs a dual role as both Country CFO for Netherlands and also as Fund CFO for the CBRE Dutch Residential Fund, CBRE Dutch Office Fund, CBRE Dutch Retail Fund, CBRE Dutch High Street Club, and CBRE European Residential Impact Fund.
In 2003, Ronald joined CBRE Investment Management (then ING Real Estate Investment Management) and held several financial positions within the company. Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management he was an interim financial controller at various companies.
Ronald holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and earned both the Certified Management Accountant and Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis status from the US-based Institute of Management Accountants.
