
Pasha Zargarof is General Counsel for CBRE Real Estate Investments. Pasha leads CBRE Investment Management's global Legal and Compliance teams, which provide legal, transactional and regulatory compliance support to the firm’s global operations. Pasha also separately serves as Deputy General Counsel of CBRE Group, the publicly traded parent company of CBRE Investment Management.

Prior to joining CBRE Group in 2004, Pasha was a corporate attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions representing various private equity funds, multinational corporations and financial institutions.
Pasha holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Long Beach; a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law; and LL.M. from NYU School of Law.
