Pasha Zargarof is General Counsel for CBRE Investment Management. In this role, Pasha leads the firm’s global Legal and Compliance teams, which provide legal, transactional and regulatory compliance support to the firm’s global operations.
Pasha is driven to invest in talent and innovative solutions, and tackles challenges proactively with an entrepreneurial mindset. He is known for consistently challenging assumptions to yield better insights.
Prior to joining CBRE Group in 2004, Pasha was a corporate attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions representing various private equity funds, multinational corporations and financial institutions. He began his career in the industry in 2003.
Pasha earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach, a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, and a Master of Laws from NYU School of Law.
