Professional Experience
Pasha Zargarof is Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel for CBRE’s Real Estate Investments segment, comprising of CBRE’s global investment management and development businesses. As Chief Operating Officer, Pasha works closely with the REI CEO on strategic initiatives aimed at achieving operational efficiency and excellence across the global REI segment.
As General Counsel of REI, Pasha oversees Trammell Crow Company’s legal department and leads CBRE Investment Management's global Legal and Compliance teams, which provide legal, transactional and regulatory compliance support to the firm’s global operations.
Pasha is driven to invest in talent and innovative solutions, and tackles challenges proactively with an entrepreneurial mindset. He is known for consistently challenging assumptions to yield better insights.
Prior to joining CBRE Group in 2004, Pasha was a corporate attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions representing various private equity funds, multinational corporations and financial institutions.
