Noi Spyratos is Head of Private Infrastructure Portfolio Management for CBRE Investment Management's Private Infrastructure business. She joined the firm in 2011 and is involved in the infrastructure investment strategy development and implementation for the firm's private infrastructure investment mandates. Noi has completed a number of direct investments and co-investments globally, as well as fund commitments as part of the implementation of diversified infrastructure portfolios. She is actively involved in the ongoing asset management and monitoring of these investments.
Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Noi spent four years at Access Capital Corp., where she helped structure direct investments and arranged project financing for infrastructure projects primarily in the energy sector. Noi was also responsible for completing direct investments in other sectors, including buildings, roads and waste water treatment, and was also responsible for the asset management and monitoring of a portfolio of companies in the U.S. power sector. Prior to Access Capital, Noi held corporate accounting and finance roles, including at Enbridge Gas Distribution, where she helped prepare financial board packages for the Ontario Energy Board’s rate recovery process, as well as leading the budgeting and forecasting functions of a billion-dollar healthcare organization.
Noi is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and a CFA Charter holder. She received her Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from the University of Guelph.
