Minnie Allison

Minnie Allison is a Director within the CBRE Investment Management Americas Residential Asset Management team. Based in Dallas, Minnie is responsible for asset management oversight of the firm's residential portfolio in the West Coast and Mountain regions. Asset strategies vary from core to value-add and are held across various funds and separate account clients.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Minnie held various real estate and financial positions with Admiral Capital Group, Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. In her previous positions she was responsible for maintaining client relationships, performing asset due diligence and underwriting, and assisting with the acquisition and disposition processes. Minnie began her career in the industry in 2012.

Minnie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Actuarial Sciences from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.

Minnie is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council, Texas Real Estate Council (TREC) and Women in Asset Management (WAM).
