Professional Experience
Matthew Gilbert is the Head of Analytics for CBRE Investment Management. In this role, Matt leads the firm’s global analytics team, providing direction on industry best practice, change management and analysis of historical performance trends.
Matt began his career in the real estate industry in 2007. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Matt was previously the Head of U.S. Analytics at Nuveen Real Estate. He has a strong understanding of real estate performance reporting, portfolio analytics and operational process improvement.
Matt studied accounting at Syracuse University. He is a Counselor of Real Estate and former NCREIF performance committee chair.
