Professional Experience
Matthew Tepper is Head of Americas, Indirect Real Estate Strategies for CBRE Investment Management. Based in Boston, Matthew is responsible for investment activity in the region including sourcing, executing investments and asset management. He has been responsible for investments in joint-ventures, programmatic ventures, co-investments and secondary investments on behalf of clients. He is involved in setting investment strategy and is a member of the Investment Committee.
Matthew joined CBRE Investment Management in April 2009. Prior to this, he was an Associate at Wachovia Securities in the Private Equity-Real Estate Investment Banking Division working on capital formation for real estate operators and fund sponsors. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Analyst with New England Pension Consultants with responsibility for client real estate portfolios. Matthew began his career in real estate in 2002.
Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Union College and is a Certified Person under the FCA’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR).
