Logan Maxon is a Director on the Americas Residential Asset Management Team at CBRE Investment Management. Based in Atlanta, Logan is responsible for managing a nationwide portfolio of residential assets including Student, Single Family Rentals, Build-to-Rent and Conventional Residential Assets.
Logan started his career at the firm in 2014 as a residential Analyst and has worked as a Senior Analyst and Associate on the Residential team prior to taking on the Director role.
Logan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University.
