Professional Experience
Laura Dunn is Head of the Commercial Operator Division for Americas Direct Real Estate at CBRE Investment Management. In this role, Laura is responsible for the Transactions and Asset Management teams covering retail, office, life science, self-storage and medical office across the United States.
Prior to joining CBRE IM in 2026, Laura served as Managing Director at Spear Street Capital. As a senior leader there, she worked across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing, as well as directed strategic asset-level initiatives for the owned portfolio. During her tenure at Spear Street, Laura worked across most major U.S. markets, with a specific focus on sourcing and executing on value-add investments in the New York and Southeast regions.
Laura began her career at UBS within the real estate finance group in 2006.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
