Professional Experience
Krijn Taconis is Head of Transactions Netherlands for CBRE Investment Management and a member of the Local Leadership Team. Based in Amsterdam, Krijn is responsible for all acquisitions and dispositions in The Netherlands for the Dutch strategies. Krijn is known as a seasoned and experienced dealmaker.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Krijn worked at a Dutch family office and was responsible for all transactions in their portfolio. Before that, Krijn was Head of Retail Netherlands for CBRE Advisory in for 11 years, as well as a founder of their retail branch in the Netherlands.
Krijn began his career in the real estate industry in 1992.
Krijn has a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam. He is also a board member of SSM Retail platform and also a member of the RICS.
