Joe Grima

Joe Grima is a Director on CBRE Investment Management’s U.S. Separate Accounts team, based in New York. In this role, Joe is responsible for the performance of two separate account mandates totaling approximately $5.5 billion.

Joe has experience working on global separate account mandates for international clients focusing on the acquisition, disposal and management of assets in Europe and the U.S. These activities have spanned a variety of sectors including life science, residential, office, logistics, retail and alternatives.

In addition to his experience in the direct real estate, Joe spent 18 months working for the EMEA Credit Strategies team alongside his Portfolio Management role. He has knowledge of structuring loan deals with sponsors and was involved in the company’s attempt to raise a European Senior Debt Fund.

Joe started his real estate career in 2013 with CBRE in London. Thereafter, he joined CBRE Investment Management in 2014 before transferring to Frankfurt in 2016 and Amsterdam in 2017. He returned to London at the start of 2019 before relocating to New York in January 2023.

Brynn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a Minor in Anthropology from Bates College. She is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council and Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network (CREW).
