Professional Experience
Jesse Harty is Head of Americas Logistics Operator Division for CBRE Investment Management. In this capacity, Jesse leads our logistics investment execution and operations activities across our core, value-add and development strategies in the U.S., as well as oversees the logistics transactions and asset management teams.
Over the course of his career, Jesse has invested in and managed over 185 million square feet of logistics assets in major markets across the U.S. He has overseen a broad range of logistics investments from small bay to big box and across strategies from ground-up development to core Class A assets. In addition to his experience with wholly owned direct logistics investments, he has cradle-to-grave joint venture experience, from formation through partner buyout, and his logistics leasing experience ranges from 1,800-square-foot to 1.5 million-square-foot deals for both existing and build-to-suit assets.
Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Jesse was most recently a Senior Vice President at Prologis, where he managed a 55 million-square-foot industrial portfolio across New York and New Jersey and was actively involved in the acquisition of Liberty Property Trust, growing the New Jersey/New York portfolio by 10 million square feet. He also was a rotational member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to that, Jesse held the position of Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager at Clarion Partners, where he managed a 30 million-square-foot industrial portfolio. Jesse began his career in the real estate industry in 2004.
Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Villanova University.
Jesse is active in NAIOP both locally and nationally as a National Industrial Perspectives 1 Forum member and VP Industry Perception for the NJ Chapter. He also is a member of the Council on NY/NJ Port Performance Workforce Development.
