Jesse Harty

Jesse Harty is Head of Americas Logistics Operator Division for CBRE Investment Management. In this capacity, Jesse leads our logistics investment execution and operations activities across our core, value-add and development strategies in the U.S., as well as oversees the logistics transactions and asset management teams.

Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Jesse was most recently a Senior Vice President at Prologis, where he managed a 55 million-square-foot industrial portfolio across New York and New Jersey. Prior to that, he held the position of Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager at Clarion Partners, where he managed a 30 million-square-foot industrial portfolio. Jesse began his career in the real estate industry in 2004.

Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Villanova University. He is active in NAIOP both locally and nationally.
