Jennifer Ginzberg is Americas Head of Financial Reporting and Fund Administration for CBRE Investment Management. In this role, she oversees financial planning, balance sheet management, operations, and investor reporting, as well as treasury, valuation, audit and tax relationships. Jennifer leads the firm's debt private placement offerings in the U.S., and is experienced in new fund launches, structuring solutions and client relations.
Jennifer joined CBRE Investment Management in 2009 and was previously Head of Financial Reporting and Fund Administration of CBRE U.S. Core Partners, the firm's flagship U.S. open-end core real estate fund. She was a founding team member and integral component of the fund’s growth and performance since the fund’s inception in 2013. Prior to her role with CBRE U.S. Core Partners, Jennifer managed financial reporting, accounting and cash planning of a large sovereign wealth fund.
Before joining the firm, Jennifer worked in the real estate fund controllers group at Morgan Stanley. Previously, Jennifer was an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Atlanta, Georgia, involved in the external audits of hedge funds, mutual funds and registered investment companies. Jennifer began her career in the industry in 2003.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Master of Accountancy degree from Kennesaw State University.
