Professional Experience
Jason Grossman serves as a Director for CBRE Investment Management's U.S. direct core strategy. Based in New York, Jason is responsible for the performance and strategy of the fund.
Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management in 2026, Jason was a Vice President at Prospect Ridge (former AllianceBernstein Real Estate Investments group) responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing real estate equity investments across asset classes and the risk spectrum (core plus, value-add, and opportunistic). During his eight-year tenure at Prospect Ridge and its predecessor, Mr. Grossman was actively involved in the deployment, management, and realization of over $2 billion in transactions including 5k+ multifamily units and over 5mm SF of industrial and office.
Prior to Prospect Ridge, Jason began his career in the investments group at JBG SMITH (formerly The JBG Companies). In this capacity, Jason was focused on acquisitions and corporate initiatives.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (summa cum laude) in Finance and International Business from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
