Professional Experience
Jaap Snellen is Asset Operations Lead within the CBRE Investment Management Urban Destinations EMEA team. Based in Amsterdam, Jaap is responsible for for optimizing the asset management operation for the office and retail sectors in close cooperation with the Asset Operations Leads of the other sectors. In this role Jaap works closely together with the regional Heads of Asset Management and the Asset Management teams.
Prior to joining CBRE IM in 2006, Jaap worked at Bouwinvest as Asset Manager Offices. Jaap started his professional real estate career in 2000 for Aberdeen Property Investors, where Jaap has worked as Researcher and Assisting Asset Manager on a mixed portfolio (offices, retail and logistics).
Jaap earned a cum laude Master in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and a Master of Science in Urban Planning from the University of Amsterdam.
