Francijn de Ruijter is a Global Portfolio Manager for the Indirect Real Estate Strategies business. Based in Amsterdam, Francijn is responsible for performance, strategy, and investment decision making of global indirect separate account portfolios.
Francijn started in the property investment industry in 1998 and joined CBRE Investment Management in November 2011 through the merger with the then-ING Real Estate Select multi-manager business. Prior to this, Francijn was Head of Read Estate and Private Equity at Doctors Pension Funds Services in the Netherlands. She was responsible for global non-listed portfolios in real estate, private equity, infrastructure and real estate securities mandates. She also brings extensive experience from the listed side having worked previously as Portfolio Manager of listed Asia Pacific Real Estate at ABP (now APG) Investments and listed real estate securities globally at ING Investment Management.
Francijn has a Master's Degree in Business Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and is a Certified Person under the FCA’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR).
