Professional Experience
Ethan Khalil is an associate within CBRE Investment Management’s Americas Commercial Transaction Management team. Based in New York, Ethan is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, due diligence and closing of commercial investments across the firm’s various funds and separate accounts for the Northeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions in the United States.
Ethan began his career in the industry with CBRE IM in 2017. He we an analyst on the West Coast Commercial Transaction Management team based in Los Angeles and moved to New York in 2019.
Ethan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in Real Estate Development. Ethan is a member of ULI, NYPEN and NAIOP.
