Eric Decouvelaere is Head of EMEA Urban Destinations Operator Division for CBRE Investment Management.
Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management in 2019, Eric worked at McArthurGlen for 14 years. Most recently he served as COO, devising and delivering assets strategies, accelerating organic growth and leading digital transformation. Prior to working in the outlet retail sector, Eric worked as Deputy Buying Director of Printemps in France and then as Strategy and Business Development Director of Harrods in London, leading critical changes at both department stores.
Eric began his career in the real estate industry in 2005.
Eric received a diploma of Sciences-Po Paris (SP) and participated in the Owner/President Management Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School. He earned a Master of Law degree from Nancy-Université.
