Professional Experience

Diann Hsueh is a Portfolio Manager for CBRE Investment Management’s U.S. value-add strategy.

In this role, Diann is responsible for day-to-day management of the value-add series. She sets and implements fund strategies and business plans, oversees all stages of the investment lifecycle, drives investment performance and manages client relations. Diann also played a key role in capital raising efforts, yielding nearly $5 billion in equity commitments for the value-add series.

Diann joined CBRE Investment Management in 2010 as a member of the Transaction Management team. Throughout her tenure in transactions and portfolio management, Diann has led or been directly involved in more than $22 billion of acquisitions, financings and dispositions for the firm’s value-add and opportunistic fund vehicles.

Diann began her career in 2005 at CenterSquare Investment Management, managing and making private real estate investments across sectors and markets on behalf of the firm’s commingled funds and separate accounts. Diann’s experience includes investing in apartments, logistics, office, retail, mixed-use properties, single-family rentals, student housing, data centers and hotels.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Diann co-chairs CBRE IM’s Women’s Network and is a member of the Firm’s Americas Leadership Team and the Wharton School’s Zell-Lurie Center.
