Professional Experience

Diane Wade is Head of Sustainability for CBRE Investment Management's Listed Real Assets Strategies business, leading the group’s sustainability initiatives. She is responsible for developing and implementing the policies and procedures surrounding responsible investment. Diane has been highly involved in the firm's proxy voting administration and sustainability initiatives since 2014.

Diane co-chairs the Listed Real Assets Sustainability Committee, aiding in the execution of CBRE Investment Management’s broader sustainability initiatives. She is a member of CBRE Investment Management’s Global Sustainability Council. She also is a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council for the Americas region.

Diane joined the predecessor firm of CBRE Investment Management's Listed Real Assets business in 1996 as a member of the Americas Investment Team, evaluating public real estate companies in the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to that, Diane worked at National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Inc., Barnes, Morris, Pardoe and Foster Inc., and Grubb & Ellis of Metropolitan Washington, D.C. Diane has over 30 years of financial industry experience.
