Professional Experience
Dauren Dayembayev is a Managing Director and Head of Asset Management for CBRE Private Infrastructure. He joined CBRE IM in 2025 from IMCO, where he served as Managing Director of Asset Management and focused on driving value creation across a global portfolio of direct investments.
Prior to IMCO, Dauren was a senior member of BCG Transform, BCG’s special unit for corporate transformations and turnarounds, where he led numerous performance improvement projects across energy and transport sectors. Earlier in his career, Dauren worked as a consultant in the audit and advisory practices of KPMG and PwC.
Dauren earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Technology & Operations from INSEAD Business School in France and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Technology from York University in Canada.
