Chris Sullivan

Chris Sullivan is a Director on the Logistics Transactions team within CBRE Investment Management’s Americas Logistics Operator Division. Based in New York City, Chris is responsible for capital deployment of logistics investments across the firm’s core, value-add and development strategies on behalf of various funds and separate account mandates in the North U.S. markets.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Chris worked on the acquisitions team at AEW Capital Management and was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing office, residential and industrial/cold storage transactions on behalf of various institutional clients. Prior to that, he worked on the asset management team for AEW.

Chris earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Hospitality & Tourism Management from the College of Charleston. He has been a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks, Urban Land Institute, New York Private Equity Network and Real Estate Finance Associates.
