Experience

Chris is a Senior Director at CBRE Investment Management, having joined the company in 2006. He is a programme leader within the EMEA Separate Accounts Group with responsibility for portfolio management of two major government pension schemes of overseas clients. Chris is a member of the UK Investment Committee. 

Chris joined the firm from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was a director in their capital markets team with over 10 years experience advising on transactions across all sectors of the property market. Before joining BNP Paribas, Chris spent 3 years at King Sturge (now JLL) where he achieved MRICS qualification and experience in various professional service lines including development consultancy and legislation. 

At CBRE Investment Management, Chris has been the senior fund manager on various UK Pension Schemes which have often required new capital investment programmes, restructuring with take-over mandates and managing sell-down processes.  More recently, Chris has been responsible for Portfolio Management of overseas clients, developing appropriate strategies with them and delivering transactions with asset management plans in accordance with the clients business plan.

Chris is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  BSc (Hons) Estate Management, Oxford Brookes University. He is a Certified Person under the FCA’s Senior Managers Certification Regime.
