Professional Experience
Catriona Buckley, CFA is a Managing Director and leads the U.K. and Ireland Client Solutions team at CBRE Investment Management. Based in London, she is responsible for senior client engagement across the U.K. and Ireland, overseeing relationships with institutional investors including local government pension schemes, defined contribution platforms, investment consultants and multi‑managers. Her role includes setting client strategy for the region, leading capital formation activity and building long‑term strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management in 2023, Catriona was a Director with Gresham House plc, a specialist alternative asset manager, where she led consultant relations alongside direct institutional distribution across defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. In this role, she supported capital‑raising activity across real estate, sustainable infrastructure, forestry and other real assets strategies.
Earlier in her career, Catriona spent several years at Fidelity International, where she was responsible for U.K. consultant relations, with a focus on the firm’s real estate, credit and fixed income capabilities. She began her career as a credit analyst within Bond Management Unit of Allied Irish Banks in 2006.
Catriona holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Trinity College Dublin and is a CFA charter holder.
