Brad Criqui is Head of Application Engineering & IT Ops, based in Dallas. In this role, Brad leads the design and delivery of scalable, modern technology platforms that enable innovation and operational excellence across the firm’s digital ecosystem.
Before joining CBRE IM, Brad spent over 15 years driving transformative technology solutions in fintech, payments, and enterprise services at organizations including Bank of America, Capital One, Solaris, and Ziosk. His experience spans major platform engineering initiatives, including cloud-native systems, customer and enterprise applications, and observability platforms—establishing foundations for efficiency and growth.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.
