Professional Experience
Ben Green is Head of Americas Residential Acquisitions for CBRE Investment Management. In this capacity he is responsible for acquisitions and development of residential properties nationally.
Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Ben was an analyst with Lehman Brothers working on a loan acquisition team specializing in the evaluation and underwriting of pools of distressed real estate loans.
Since joining CBRE Investment Management in 2008, Ben has been involved in numerous multifamily investments on behalf of institutional funds and separate accounts.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Economics from Dartmouth College. He has taken numerous courses with the Boston University Real Estate Program. He is also a member of the National Multi-Housing Council.
