Anna Butterworth is CBRE Investment Managements Head of Client Care, EMEA, for European direct and global indirect real estate. As part of the wider Client Solutions team, Client Care acts as a centralised group through which all investor communications are channelled, providing a consistent approach to client service throughout the investor lifecycle.
Client Care works alongside our portfolio management and finance teams to provide service to our investors. Client Care’s responsibilities include preparing RFPs, responding to questions from existing and prospective investors, producing fund marketing materials, coordinating operational due diligence meetings, managing the investor onboarding process for funds, overseeing investor communications, managing the reporting process, organising investor meetings, responding to investor questionnaires and all other investor-related deliverables.
Anna joined CBRE IM in 2018 to lead the Firm’s European RFP team and part of its marketing team. Prior to this, Anna spent eight years at LaSalle Investment Management, where her role encompassed all aspects of client service, but with her most recent responsibilities as Client Care equivalent for its Encore+ pan European open end fund, and leading on separate account RFPs and pitches for strategic and cross border clients.
Anna has been working in client servicing since 2010 and holds a degree in Modern Languages and Cultures (French and German) from the University of Durham.
