Professional Experience
Alice Wilcox is EMEA Head of Client Solutions for CBRE Investment Management. Based in London, Alice is responsible for leading CBRE IM's EMEA Client Solutions Officers team, overseeing capital raising, client engagement and strategic growth initiatives across the region.
Prior to rejoining CBRE IM in 2026, Alice worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she was Managing Director and EMEA Head of Real Estate Capital Formation. She previously held senior roles within CBRE IM from 2013-2022, including delivering client solutions across real estate and infrastructure in private and public markets. Alice first began her career in the industry in 2004.
Alice earned a Master of Science degree from Henley Business School at the University of Reading in Real Estate Finance & Investment and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Greenwich in Law & Italian.
