Professional Experience
Alexandra Crossing is Head of APAC, Indirect Real Estate Strategies for CBRE Investment Management. After nine years in the Singapore office sourcing and managing Asian investments, Alexandra relocated to Sydney in 2017 to manage the Pacific region business, focusing on client investments in Australia and New Zealand, before taking on the regional role in 2019.
Alexandra joined CBRE Investment Management from the CBRE Consulting business in Hong Kong where she had a regional role delivering multi-country studies on emerging markets with a particular focus on Greater China. Her tenure with CBRE and CBRE Investment Management dates from 2008. She began her career in real estate in 1997. For CBRE, she managed a core team in Hong Kong and worked with a diverse range of clients providing strategic investment advice including market entry strategies and conducting feasibility studies. Alexandra was also a commercial Property Manager for AMP Capital in Australia and started her career as an Analyst for hotel owner Tourism Asset Holdings Limited (TAHL).
Alexandra has a degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Alexandra is a Certified Person under the FCA’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR).
