Professional Experience
Alexandra Crossing is Head of APAC, Indirect Real Estate Strategies for CBRE Investment Management. After nine years in the Singapore office sourcing and managing client investments across the Asia Pacific region, Alexandra relocated to Sydney in 2017 and took on the regional role in 2019.
Alexandra joined CBRE Investment Management from the CBRE Consulting business in Hong Kong and her tenure with CBRE and CBRE Investment Management dates from 2004. For CBRE, she managed a core team in Hong Kong and worked with a diverse range of clients providing strategic investment advice including market entry strategies and conducting feasibility studies. Alexandra was also a commercial Property Manager for AMP Capital in Australia and started her career in 1997 as an Analyst for hotel owner Tourism Asset Holdings Limited (TAHL).
Alexandra has a degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Alexandra is a Certified Person under the FCA’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR).
